C.218 She Borderline
A close friend of mine was diagnosed with "Borderline Personality Disorder"; a depression which symptoms are :
- Sullen presentation.
- Suicide risk and self-harm.
- Affective instability that can mimic agitated depression.
- Feelings of emptiness.
- Low energy and volition.
- Anhedonia (loss of interest in things you once enjoyed).
- Disrupted sleep patterns.
- Sense of worthlessness.
- Difficulty concentrating or focusing your attention.
- Intense guilt and shame.
- Impaired social, academic, or occupational functioning.
When i contacted her, she was admitted in a mental health clinic. She asked me to come and bring my camera with me. The resulted series shows how i instantly tried to conjugate her illness with my imagination, and later on with the drawings she made during her stay.
"C.218" was her room number.
