The more we travel through the underground the more our stillness grows through its weather that echoes in our daily life.
Some photos represent an extreme shifting from darkness to brightness ; an overdramatic aesthetic concept that shows how the people could vanish from the surface of the outside as well as from the surface of their own identity... There is also a privilege for the mood or the atmosphere over the details.
In this place where the photographer is trying hard to capture any singularity out of everybody and everything (down there).
What used to be a daily obligatory dull trip for the passengers, has become an experimental visual playground for the photographer.
This work questions the social attitude of the people “below” through this underground space and its influence on them.
